As a proactive recruiter, the Human Resources Employment Manager will cultivate all available candidate recruitment channels: sourcing, cold calling, social media, employee referral program, networks, etc. to develop a strong pipeline to attract top talent.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, human resources, or related field and 3+ years' experience with full life cycle recruiting with a record of success in creative internet sourcing and candidate research. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are required. He/she must be detailed oriented, able to manage short deadlines and have the ability to perform without extensive supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tracking software.
