PROGRAM: PACT LOCATION: 417 Liberty St Springfield EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full - Time SCHEDULED HOURS: 40 SCHEDULE / SHIFT: Weekdays and first shift, with rotating second shift and weekends. RESPONSIBILITIES: BHN’s Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is seeking a Master’s Level Employment/Vocational Specialist to work with adults with mental illness. The Employment Specialist will provide individual job development and supported employment; will assist individuals in meeting their employment goals. The Employment Specialist will provide leadership for employment services; find employment and educational training opportunities; evaluate work readiness; work with employers to access job opportunities for individuals served. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in rehabilitation counseling or related field. Certification in vocational rehabilitation & demonstrated experience working with people with mental illness in employment rehab settings preferred.
