Home Visitor-Northampton

Position Description:

Be part of Community Action's Healthy Families program in Hampshire County, a home visiting program for first time parents age 20 and under. We work with young families on keeping themselves and their baby healthy, help them balance work or school, support them in looking for employment or housing, and nurture their ability to be the best parents they can be.

Home Visitor position available for 37.5 hours/week. Excellent benetis too. Starting pay rate $12-$12.50 an hour. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly encouraged to apply, computer skills, knowledge of stages of pregnancy, child development and of Hampshire County service area preferred.
