Clinical Social Worker
Provide individual and group therapy at the Brockton/Plymouth Outpatient clinic. Conduct initial psychosocial & diagnostic assessments of new admissions. Work with assigned individuals to develop & implement person centered Individual Action plans. Conducts ongoing assessments of clients’ mental status, risk factors and any other relevant information that informs clinical care and planning. Maintains appropriate record keeping. Maintains a therapeutic atmosphere and professional performance. Serves as a member of a multidisciplinary team and presents regular updates regarding assigned clients’ progress and clinical status.
MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE: None. (See Required Education and Licenses.)
REQUIRED EDUCATION: A Master's or higher degree in social work.
LICENSES: Based on assignment, travel may be required. Those employees who elect to use a motor vehicle for travel must have a current and valid Massachusetts Class D Motor Vehicle Operator's license or the equivalent from another state.
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Social Work.
Experience providing therapy to people with serious mental illness.

Programs include Case Management, Community based flexible support program, Emergency/Crisis Services Unit, the Clubhouse and a Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team.
