Behavioral Health Network Inc. is hiring a full time Residential Coordinator .Position is located in Easthampton that serves adults with intellectual disabilities. Skills needed are basic computer skills and the ability to complete documents and respond via e-mail. Must possess a valid driver's license, First Aid, CPR and MAP certified preferred but will train. Position includes regular scheduled direct support on site as well as office/administrative. Job Knowledge: Individuals must be committed to consumer empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration; Must have familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems, basic computer skills and the ability to complete documents; Must possess a valid driver's license, First Aid, CPR and MAP certified preferred but will train. Experience and Training: Requires a minimum of two years experience in human services; Supervisory experience preferred; Training is provided by BHN. Schooling or Equivalent: BA/BS preferred; Minimum of Associates Degree in a related field required. Scheduled Hours are as followed: Administrative schedule Monday, Thursday and Friday 9 am to 5 pm, direct on site schedule 9am to 5 pm Tuesday and 3pm to 11pm Wednesday. Schedule, supervise, train direct care staff, staff meetings and individual supervision, case management of 4 adults with intellectual disabilities. Responsible to transport them to medical appointments, interface with day programs, mental health providers, families and guardians, manage in house finances, medication administration, write assessments and individual service plans, implement behavior plans ,ensure proper data collection and maintain confidential files.
