Seeking persons with backgrounds in early childhood, special education, elementary ed, developmental psyche to work on dynamic interdisciplinary team, providing service coordination and home based services to families of children presenting with developmental concerns and disabilities ages 0-3. Preferred experience w/infants and toddlers. The REACH Program provides in-home and community-based assessment and treatment services and case coordination for families and young children (ages zero to three) with special needs in Hampshire & Franklin county areas.
