| DIRECTOR of Human Resources Square One a private, non profit multi-service agency, offering early education and care, family support services, health and fitness resources, nutritional meals and transportation services to those in need , as well as an array of wrap- around services is seeking qualified candidates for the following vacancy: Director of Human Resources:
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with a concentration in labor relations or organizational development, a PHR or SPHR Certification is strongly desired, past experience dealing with unions is preferred. Five to seven years in a demonstrated HR leadership role working in a highly regulated and evolving work environment. The Director of HR will support positive & effective employee and labor relations while maintaining ownership of policy development and compliance activities. Utilizes experience based on knowledge of policies and procedures, and formal training to recommend and administer Human Resources effectively promoting employee engagement, training and development & meeting compliance standards while managing & leading labor relations effort.
