| Inside Sales (Part-Time) The Republican is seeking a Part-Time Classified Inside Sales Representative to efficiently handle inbound and outbound sales calls while providing superior customer service that will allow for the development, implementation and sales of innovative print and online advertising solutions. Part Time hours are: Wednesday 12:15-5:15 p.m., Thursday and Friday 8:45-5:15 p.m. If you have a competitive desire to exceed all performance goals, then we want you! Experience - Excellent customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot client requests in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. - Outbound calling to prospective, current and previous clients. - Consultative sales skills to assess prospect's goals, propose a solution and obtain a commitment. - The ability to meet and exceed sales goals and targets in order to maximize revenue growth. Requirements - Proven track record of inside sales with 2-3 years experience preferred. - Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with CRM system a plus. - Must have the desire to be in sales and be part of a fast-paced environment. - Must have the ability to calculate advertising rates, up sells and packages. - High energy, drive and sense of responsibility - Resourcefulness, self-motivation, hard working and a positive, professional attitude. - Must be a team player!
