Position Description:
| Community Action is looking for a Head Start Home Visitor.
This is a school-year, full-time position providing weekly home visits and bi-weekly parent-child socialization groups to families with children ages 3-5 years old to provide child development, advocacy, health, and nutrition information and support. Position serves Westfield and West Springfield, MA area and surrounding rural communities. College level course work in ECE and experience with pre-school children and their families required; Associates' Degree in ECE or related field strongly preferred. Familiarity with Head Start Programs preferred.
Minimum of one year relevant experience working with low-income families.
Pay range: $12.59-13.64 per hour, benefits.
