Client Technologies Analyst - Information Services 3110
Active Full Time; 1 First Shift Days; 40 Hours; The Physician Practice Client Technology Analyst acts as a Technical Representative for PCVA and other Physician Practice locations; understands their unique technology needs, and provides consultation for all aspects of end-user computing. Provides technical support and guidance, manages desktop and server environment, address’ help desk tickets, maintains IS equipment inventory, develops a regular rounding schedule, creates support documentation, performs application installation and upgrades, monitors application performance, and works closely with vendors. In addition, the Physician Practice is responsible for providing educational support for all technology utilized at the Practices (both individually and in a classroom environment). Five or more years of hands on experience with knowledge of installing complex applications hardware and troubleshooting techniques required. Experience on multiple platforms including concepts of networking (LAN and WAN) and IS best practices required. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience required. Microsoft and Personal Computer Certifications (A+, Network+, MCDST) or equivalent work experience required. MSCE certification preferred.
