Position Description:
| For over 15 years, South Bay Early Intervention has helped at-risk infants, toddlers, and their families reach their full potential by addressing children’s developmental needs.
South Bay seeks Early Intervention Social Workers to provide home and center-based services to at-risk children and their families. Services in which our Social Workers provide include developmental evaluations and assessments, parent support and education, curriculum development, service coordination and home visits. Our trans-disciplinary teams in Brockton, Fall River, and Lowell provide treatment and support to over one thousand families each year through our community and home-based services.
