Position Description:
| QUALIFICATIONS: 1.A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
2.Maintains a valid Massachusetts teacher certification which is grade level and subject area appropriate for the particular assignment per regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Education.
3.A proven ability to work in a polite and friendly manner with many different publics.
4.Must possess a sense of humor.
5.Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the School Department may find appropriate and acceptable.
REPORTS TO: Building Principal and/or Program Manager as appropriate.
SUPERVISES: Assigned students and any assigned paraprofessionals as appropriate.
JOB GOAL: To help students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, knowledgeable, and responsible men and women.
