Position Title:
| Supervised Visitation Program Internship

Position Description:
| Visitation Program seeks volunteers and interns at YWCA Visitation sites in Springfield and Northampton to assist site Coordinators in supervising visits between non-custodial parents and their child or children in a safe and neutral setting. Volunteers will have the opportunity to work with families through intakes, visits, and addressing co-parenting skills. Volunteers need a basic knowledge of family dynamics. Site Coordinator will provide on-going training to volunteers.
