Position Title:

Clinician I-FST - FST/CSP 2332

Position Description:

Active Full Time; 2 Second Shift Evenings; 40 Hours (12p to 8p); Provides behavioral and clinical direction for brief intensive family stabilization services to families and foster families in their homes for a period of three months. A clinician will serve families in both FST and CSP programs. A clinician will not serve more than 6 families in FST or 12 in CSP or a combination there of, to meet 30 productivity hours for full-time. The role of the clinician is be flexible in scheduling to meet the crisis needs of the family; to install a sense of hope and empowerment of change; to increase family members’ skills in identified growth areas; and to increase their awareness of community resources. Bachelor’s degree in the social work field and at least two years of clinical experience. Work requires analytical ability to assist in designing comprehensive treatment plans, and knowledge of professional literature and resources.
