Position Description:
| Specialty Counselors needed. Summer camp runs from June 16th-August 16th, 2013. Camp Ramapo is one of the few residential summer camps serving children with social, emotional, and learning problems. An overall one-to-one staff-to-camper ratio helps children who have repeatedly met with failure experience success. In addition,Camp Ramapo offers an on-site college course through the National College Credit Recommendation Service. This course can be listed on an official university transcript for up to 9 semester hours of college credit through Excelsior College of the University of the State of New York. The course can be
credited in one of the following disciplines: Education Special education, Educational Psychology, Therapeutic Rec, Group Dynamics, Outdoor Rec, P.E., Recreation, Camp Counseling, or Community Service.
