Systems Support Specialist
Shady Hill School: The Systems Support Specialist maintains system functionality and resolves computer system problems by troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, peripheral and connectivity problems.
Responsibilities include: administering phone and email services, resolving remote access and network issues, performing data restoration, providing A/V programming support, analyzing hardware and software problems, imaging computers, setting up new desktops and laptops, coordinating on and off-site computer repairs, and managing School Dude service requests.
