Position Description:

Human Services: Team Leader position available supporting adults who live in the Belchertown and Holyoke areas. This is a residential supervisory position that includes direct support and administration. Undergraduate degree in human services or education required; Minimum of two year’s experience in direct support to persons with complex medical and personal care needs.
