Position Description:

We are seeking a professional who is passionate about working with older adults and their caregivers to promote aging well. This social worker will provide information and referral services and community outreach.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working with the older adult population. Graduation from a 4 year accredited college; Bachelors degree required. Part time (15); Springfield based.
