The Key Program is seeking experienced residential treatment providers who will serve as Shift Supervisors in our Springfield residential treatment programs. The Shift Supervisor works on a team and assists the Program Supervisor in the daily operations of our programs. Our programs serve children and adolescents referred by the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Mental Health. The Shift Supervisor’s schedule will require flexibility, and typically is 2:00pm-11:00pm, and does include working weekends and holidays. Excellent training and supervision is provided along with a competitive salary and benefits package. Applicants will need a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license and car, and prior residential experience.
