The K-12 Education Outreach Representative will work with the Center for Teacher Education and Research administrators to build relationships in local K-12 school districts, with teachers and principals, and with educational collaboratives, with the main goal of recruiting teachers for the Center’s PDP offerings.
Responsibilities will also include assisting with special projects, events, research, and web enhancement in the Center for Teacher Education and Research, a unit of the Division of Graduate and Continuing Education.

Minimum Qualifications
If you are an exceptional, highly motivated individual, with a strong work ethic, outgoing personality, articulate, with strong writing skills, and comfortable with standard computer applications, this could be the opportunity of a lifetime.
Other qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, friendly and outgoing, and able to quickly understand new concepts and adapt to new situations
- Articulate, exceptional writing skills, and comfortable with basic computer processes, such as word, excel, and internet applications
- Reliable transportation to attend regular events and meetings in the community.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference is given to those with significant prior experience in a K-12 setting or with prior recruitment experience in a K-12 setting. Community connections are a plus.
