Principal Responsibilities: The Jewish Community Center of the North Shore in Marblehead, MA is seeking an Early Childhood Education Director to manage and provide oversight of the Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and ancillary programs, including Preschool Enrichment Programs and Kinderkamp.

Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field Five-plus years of teaching and supervisory experience in a similar position Director-qualified by both MA licensing and NAEYC standards Demonstrated experience in program planning implementation and staff supervision skills with young children and their families Ability to provide leadership, effective guidance and stability for program continuity and to act as a role model for other staff Knowledge of Jewish life, traditions and culture Excellent written and oral communication skills Technically proficient in First Aid with infants, children and adults Salary & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience, skills and abilities
