Position Description:
| The Ludlow Community Center/ Randall Boys & Girls Club is seeking a full-time Aquatics Director. The Aquatics Director plans, develops, directs and implements the operations of a broad range of aquatics programs such as swim team, swim lessons, youth swim, aquasize, adult lap etc. The Aquatics Director is responsible for supervising and managing all program staff and volunteers in the aquatics area and performs related administrative duties.
Hours are full time and include both weekday & weekend hours.
Job requirements include work experience teaching swim lessons, coaching, and supervising staff as well as current certifications in Lifeguard Training, First-Aid, and CPR. Interested candidates should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written; group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics; and demonstrated organizational, staff, and project management abilities.
Four year degree in related field from accredited University, WSI, CPO, and coaching certifications preferred.
