Position Title:
| Data Specialist Report Writer

Position Description:
| Full time (37.5 hours) grant funded position responsible for analyzing educational data, conducting professional development and technical support to K-12 personnel in support of data-driven decision making using the Education Data Warehouse (EDW) by accessing data and reports from the EDW; supporting efforts to gather and manage data throught the EDW; and supporting direct use of technology to administer formative, benchmark and summative assessments designed to support effective tiered instruction.
Required: Master's degree in Education, Educational Technology or equivalent; 3 years experience with administration and data analysis; relevant experience in public education; experience with the Cognos reporting tools - ReportNet, Report Studio, PowerPlay, or other high-end business intelligence tools; experience with SPSS, SAS, R and Excel; relevant industry recognized computer certifications; reliable transportation (extensive travel required).
