Position Description:
| Admissions Associates are responsible for welcoming and orienting visitors to The Mount, selling admission tickets, annual memberships, and answering questions. Candidates must be able to handle frequent interruptions and multiple tasks, and be able to take initiative quickly to resolve visitor issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills and good local knowledge. Flexibility in schedules, and prior experience in retail, restaurants, or other sales and/or service-oriented field is required.
Qualified applicants for all positions should preferably have at least one year of college education, and must have flexible schedules and excellent customer service skills. All seasonal positions at The Mount require weekend and holiday availability, and evening hours for special events. Full or part-time positions available.
The full season runs from May 4 – Oct. 31 with some positions starting later or ending earlier. Hourly pay is based on experience.
