Parent Aid Caseworker
Providing in-home services to families referred by DCF. Assessing client needs, teaching parenting, home management, budgeting and coping skills. Working with collaterals to support and stabilize the family. Must have the ability to facilitate communication and negotiation skills and teach parenting, home management, coping and job readiness skills. Must have a good understanding of case management and community resources. Clean CORI check, valid driver's license and driving record. Bachelor's degree in human services or related field. Good organizational, writing and communication skills.
