Position Description:
| Catholic Charities' Healthy Families program in Lynn seeks full-time Home Visitor. Responsible for assisting young mothers and fathers in becoming the best parents they can be. Duties include outreach, home based parent education and support, group facilitation and community collaboration. Associates Degree in a human service related field or equivalent advanced experience working with adolescents and/or young children; computer skills; excellent written and verbal skills; knowledge of child development; valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation required. Evening and weekend hours as needed.
