Position Description:
| InspireWorks is currently accepting applications for their summer aquatics staff. We are looking for fun energetic and compassionate people that have experience working with children. The camp program runs from July 1st-August 23rd in Agawam, MA. Hours are from 8:30-3:45 Monday-Friday with the possibility to take on more hours in our pre and post camp time. Aquatics Director-Under the supervision of the Camp Director in accordance with the policies of InspireWorks, this person will direct, supervise and evaluate the aquatics program in order to provide a high quality and safe program for campers and staff during summer camp. Applicant must hold current Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid Certifications with at least 1 year of previous aquatic management experience. WSI certification preferred but not required. Must have a passion to work with children and be ready for challenging, yet rewarding work.
