clients to help them develop and maintain efficient, productive information technology systems
and network operations. We are expanding our corporate office, located on the South Shore
of Boston, to support our growing business portfolio, and are seeking dynamic and ambitious
people with an entrepreneurial spirit and can do attitude to join our team of Associate
Technical Recruiters!
How will I learn the responsibilities of this role and where can it lead me?
We will teach you everything you need to know about software, technology and systems that
will help you match candidates to our clients’ job opportunities. You will learn recruiting
techniques and will be able to interact effectively and confidently with candidates and our
clients. This position is a true combination of sales, resource delivery, and customer service. It
can be an excellent spring board to move forward into a higher level technical recruiting
position, recruiting or sales management, or a business development role with TCM in the
future!
What does an Associate Technical Recruiter do?
As an Associate Technical Recruiter, you will learn to search, identify, and qualify information
technology candidates in response to our client’s specific job opportunities. Their needs may
be for a specified contract duration or for direct hire with our clients. As a member of our
technical recruiting team, you will manage the entire interview life cycle with your candidates
through the placement process.

Qualifications for this position include:
A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing or business management) or equivalent work
experience in lieu of degree;
Personal experience demonstrating your strong work ethic, pride in accomplishments, and
most importantly, your entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed;
Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and phone skills;
Must be a resourceful problem solver, with strong organizational skills to multitask in a high
volume environment;
Must be able to work non-traditional hours (a 10 hour professional day)
