Therapeutic Mentor (Springfield, MA)
Key has immediate full and part time openings for mentors to work directly with children and adolescents in the greater Springfield area. Mentors work one to one with emotionally troubled youth who need strength based support services in their home and in the community with the purpose of addressing daily living, social, and communication skills. The position provides a competitive wage, excellent benefits, and master's level supervision and training. A Bachelor's degree and experience working with troubled youth is required.
