Position Overview: The technology and software consulting industry is experiencing rapid, double digit growth and our Technology Practice at The Bowdoin Group is growing exponentially. Over the past year we've been looking for passionate and driven people with great attitudes to join us and assume more responsibility as the team and company continues to expand. Our Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Technical Recruiter based out of the corporate office in Wellesley, MA. We work with industry leaders and innovative disruptors on mostly retained and exclusive opportunities with a high likelihood of closing. This role has the potential of growing into a leadership role to help grow the practice.

Responsibilities: The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the following:  Utilize creative, professional and ethical recruiting methods to identify top-performing technical candidates for our client’s open positions  Initiate contact with target candidates and develop strong, lasting relationships  Interview and screen potential consultants including: face-to-face, phone interviews, and reference checking  Sourcing best in class technical employees  Develop recruiting strategies and recruitment plans  Interact with executive teams to help identify and qualify searches Qualifications: To be considered for this role, the Technical Recruiter background will include:  1-3 years of experience in a customer-focused, service or sales related position (1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred  BA/BS (preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science)  A competitive, sales oriented background with a natural curiosity and interest in technology  Driven professional with a desire to be financially rewarded for hard work and accomplishments  Savvy with technology tools and social media tools  Must be a team player, highly motivated and ready to work in a position that offers unlimited income potential.  Adept in professional, ethical recruiting methods, including Internet technologies (LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)  Demonstrated the ability to exceed goals and take initiative  Proven leadership skills  Excellent listening, written, and verbal communications skills Behavioral and Interpersonal:  Strong interpersonal skills with a “can do” attitude and intense desire to excel - possess “grit”  Ability to interact confidently with executive level clients  Self-starter and intellectually curious  Sense of urgency, resourceful and never sacrificing quality  Capacity to work in a high growth, fast-pace environment  Strong organizational and problem solving abilities – both strategic and tactical planning  Collaborative, team player with high standards and ethics William Comrie, Recruiting Coord., Operations Team The Bowdoin Group | 40 William St. Wellesley, MA 02481 Office: 781-263-5261 Connect with me on LinkedIn.
