Position Description:

PROGRAM: SHARP LOCATION: Springfield, MA EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time SCHEDULED HOURS: 40 SCHEDULE / SHIFT: M-F 8:30am -- 4:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES: Opportunity to start up and oversee new primary care/behavioral health integration program at busy behavioral heath clinic site, Organize, directs and evaluates delivery of services for seriously mentally ill adults. Promotes this new program and leads team consisting of Peer Specialists, Nurse Practitioner, RN Care Manager, and others, Implements numerous evidence-based practices as per program model. Establishes weekly schedule of wellness groups and works closely with program Advisory Board. Establishes in-service training program for staff.

QUALIFICATIONS: Clinical Master's Degree in a behavioral health field, with a minimum of 5 years experience working with seriously mentally ill adults, Must have 2 years of supervisory experience and excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to speak Spanish preferred. Must be a team player.
