Position Title:

Visitor Services Specialist (Seasonal)

Position Description:

Visitor Services Specialists set the tone for an exceptional visitor experience by: warmly welcoming guests, processing them efficiently at the Gates and Point of Entry, educating them about all the programs and products the Center has to offer, offering assistance, educational insights, and opportunities of inspiration throughout their visit.

Must possess high energy and enthusiasm as well as world class customer service skills.

Proven ability to work comfortably and efficiently with computers, registers, and other electronic processing equipment.

Requires weekends, holidays, and some evening hours.

Must be available for entire training period (first week of season).
