Job Details:	Under the direction of the Clinical Team Manager, Rehabilitation Services and within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures, responsible for providing services for home care patients who have speech and language problems. Services are provided under the direction of the attending physician with the participation of the family and other members of the inter-disciplinary team, as indicated. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Speech Pathology from a school approved by the American Speech-language-Hearing Association required. Current licensure and registration as a Speech Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required. Current CPR certification required. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a health care facility or equivalent experience required. Home care experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge in the principles of speech and language therapy required. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills required. Current valid driver's license, good driving record and access to or own transportation required. MNST
