Position Title:

HR Generalist


Position Description:

The ideal candidate should have a strong HR Generalist background including recruitment, benefits administration, writing and maintaining policies and should possess strong experience in employee relations and management coaching. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of current Federal and State labor and employment law.

Responsibilities will also include extensive HR administrative duties including data entry, email correspondence and filing.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of diverse Human Resources generalist experience Demonstrated excellence in recruiting, employee relations, process design, leadership development, policy design and HR administration Ability to influence leaders of all levels within the organization Strong communication and relationship skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, detail-oriented culture
