Athletic Director - Summer Camp

Position Description:

The job of Athletic Director is to make sure that the Activity Counselors for all sports activities are having fun and are helping campers to develop skills at their respective areas. You will supervise both the activities, and the counselors that run them. You will visit each activity and observe how they are being run, offer help and advice, make sure all the kids needs are being met, and meet periodically with and evaluate your staff. The Athletic Director position is a newly-created subset of the Activity Counselor Supervisor. It is designed for the AD to focus on the team sports (and tennis) and make sure that our staff are teaching appropriate skill levels to our wide range of campers.
