Position Title:

Men’s Soccer Head Coach

Position Description:

Florida Southern College is seeking applications for the position of Men’s Soccer Head Coach. The successful candidate will develop a highly competitive NCAA Division II program. Responsibilities include organization and supervision of all day-to-day operations of the men’s soccer program including but not limited to coaching; recruitment of highly skilled, academically successful and socially responsible student-athletes; scheduling, organizing and conducting practices and contests; budgeting for equipment and travel: team fund raising; and compliance with College, Sunshine State Conference as well as NCAA rules and regulations. Required qualifications: master’s degree from accredited institution; 3–5 years of successful, collegiate men’s soccer coaching experience; demonstrated ability to recruit academically successful student-athletes; excellent oral and written communication skills; and valid driver’s license.

Preferred qualifications: strong knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and regulations. This is a full-time, ten-month position. FSC offers a competitive salary with outstanding benefits.
