Position Title:

Physical Therapist Consultant

Position Description:

Responsible for providing case consultation by reviewing medical records, conducting client assessments and making equipment and service recommendations; recommending the authorization, coordination and facilitation of long term care equipment and services for program members; assessing, planning, organizing, reviewing and evaluating the care needs of members requiring community based services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or appropriate degree required for Physical Therapy licensure; appropriate licensure, registration or certification necessary to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts; 3-5 years work experience providing direct service to individuals with special needs and/or their families. Pediatric experience preferred. Part time candidates are encouraged to apply as we will consider a reduced schedule.
