Position Description:
| Location: Springfield area. Part time position.
| The Site Coordinator of InspireWorks Enrichment will oversee all
enrichment programs at assigned locations, will be responsible for
managing the day to day operations of the after school program at his/her
assigned locations. Will supervise a staff of 5-6 Instructors and serve as a
liaison between the school, students, parents and the InspireWorks
administrative staff.
Qualifications: Experience as a supervisor in an after school setting.
Background in education or related field. Strong interpersonal skills
with the ability to work both with children and co-workers. Availability
for after school hours Monday-Friday. Reliable transportation is a necessity.
All InspireWorks Enrichment employees must be willing to undergo background
checks before beginning any classes.
· Compensation: $10/hour plus bonus opportunities
