Our client, a Northampton area insurance agency, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative, with three plus years working in Personal Lines. Commercial Lines is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have personal insurance industry experience. This person will process renewals, endorsements, certificates, handle customer inquiries via telephone and email, and perform various support functions in the office. This is a part time position and is temp to hire for the right candidate.Hours may increase.
