Facilitator Fair Program
30 hours per week
Job Location: Manchester, NH Area
Child and Family Services is an independent nonprofit agency dedicated to advancing the well-being of children by providing an array of social services to strengthen family life and by promoting community commitment to the needs of children.
Fair Program Facilitator needed 30 hours/week to create a forum for family engagement, where families are active participants and have a voice in their case planning, permanency planning, and case progress. By identifying and utilizing families' strengths and needs in order to achieve safety, permanency, and well-being for families. MSW preferred; BA in social work, or related field with 5+ years experience working with child welfare or juvenile justice required, as well as the ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and direct approach and the ability to facilitate with collaterals from many organizations across the state.
Prior experience working with families in crisisas well as word & excel computer skills required. Validauto insurance and driver's license required.
