Premium Seating Ticket Coordinator

Position Description:

POSITION PURPOSE: This is a full time (30+ hrs per week), hourly, benefited position. The Premium Seating Ticket Coordinator will provide daily support to the Premium Seating Ticket Operations management team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. • Provide daily support to management and full time staff as needed • Assist in creating new contracts and addendums • Assist in season and monthly ticket mailings • Process in-house ticket requests • Maintain departmental budget book • Maintain and organize current and past client files • Maintain and organize filing system • Inventory, maintain, and order all office supplies and equipment as needed • Create and maintain departmental event calendar • Maintain Fed Ex and UPS mailing systems • Provide any further assistance and other duties assigned

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company. • Assist in enforcing department and company rules and procedures with staff • Assist in development/implementation of ticketing policies and procedures • Assist in establishing and executing customer service standards

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. • Maintain professional level of appearance of self. • Ability to interact positively with diverse staff and clientele in a fast-paced environment • Ability to interact and communicate effectively and in a professional, diplomatic and mature manner not only with clients and guests, but with co-workers within the organization • Ability to work under pressure of a past-paced operation and under time contraints • Ability to handle large sums of money utilizing prescribed cash management controls and day-to-day tasks concurrently • Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems quickly and react to difficult situations appropriately • Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing • Ability to write reports and business correspondence • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form • Ability to analyze problems involving many variables • Ability to access and accurately input information in the computer system. • Must be highly organized with good coordinating and project management skills • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education: • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Experience: • Previous experience with Ticketmaster or other ticketing system preferred • Must possess basic computer skills using such programs as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
