Exhibit and Art Gallery

The School of Human Services San Diego Campus Asian & Pacific Islander Exhibit at the Community Art Gallery. The exhibit, which was co-sponsored by the Pacific American Educational Scholarship Foundation, includes the work of nine community artists representing the art and culture of Asia and the Pacific Islands, including China, Japan, Hawaii, India, and Maori. Artists included Anthia & Tawnee Austin, Jessica Brown, Nadira Charaniya, Amira Moani Kealo Dolfo, Dixie Galapon, Kwan Jung, Yee Wah Jung, Teresa Stewart-Todd, and Albert Verbeek. There were also performances by young dancers of the Heali’i Polynesian Review.
