Position Description:
| Duties include - maintain buildings and other assigned areas of the college facilities in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition. Sweep, scrub, mop, clean, and apply finish to floors of rooms, hallways, stairs, and fire escapes; vacuum carpeted areas. Clean and dust walls, lockers, furniture, and fixtures; clean chalkboards and whiteboards. Clean, wash, and scrub toilets and other plumbing fixtures; wash windows. Sweep walks and asphalt areas; dispose of rubbish. Maintain instructional and custodial stock rooms. Lock and unlock gates and doors. Move supplies, furniture, and equipment. This position is also part of the severe weather response team, and would participate in snow removal throughout campus. Perform related duties as assigned.
